WE ENCOURAGE SPA TREATMENTS TO BE BOOKED 4-5 WEEKS IN ADVANCE.
PAYMENT & HOLIDAY PRICING

A deposit of 50% is required to guarantee your reservation. The remaining balance due is payable in full upon check-out.

M-TH spa treatment pricing is not valid over certain holiday dates. Check the Spa Menu for more information.
ARRIVAL

All Spa Guests are required to check in at the Spa Desk upon arrival and upon departure.

For treatments scheduled 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM Monday - Saturday please arrive no more than 1 hour prior to ensure the enjoyment of the spa amenities for all guests. For treatments scheduled 4:00 PM Monday - Saturday or later please arrive no earlier than 3:00 PM. All services will finish on time to allow our next guests their full treatment.

Arriving late will limit the time for your treatment, thus decreasing its effectiveness and your enjoyment. Your treatment will end on time, so the next guest is not delayed. The full value of your treatment will be charged.
LOCKER ROOM & FACILITY ACCESS

Spa Guests must be 18 years of age to experience a spa treatment, to enter and utilize the spa and fitness facilities.

The Resting Area, and Aqua Terrace are never meant to be monopolized by one group of guests nor used as an event space – it is for the use of all guests. The level of noise or activity by a group in any of the spa areas should never impact other guests.

The use of the steam room and whirlpool is a beneficial part of your spa experience but should be used in moderation. Proper usage time will vary due to individual health considerations.

Swimsuits are required when using the Aqua Terrace whirlpool.

Our Resting Area is a quiet oasis; we kindly ask that you refrain from conversation. Respect the silence.

To respect the privacy of others, photography is NOT permitted.
ALCOHOL

Guests will not be permitted to enter or depart the premises with alcoholic beverages. All alcohol must be purchased from the Inn. Spa Mirbeau offers food and beverages for Spa Guests only. For the safety of our guests, alcoholic beverages must be transported in plastic cups available at the Spa Desk and Bistro.

Alcohol is NOT recommended before spa treatments. Should you choose to consume alcoholic beverages, a 2-drink maximum is strongly encouraged by the Mirbeau Aqua Terrace staff. We reserve the right to refuse treatment(s) to guests who appear impaired. Guests will still be responsible for and charged the full price of treatment(s).
APPOINTMENTS

Certain busy days and vacation/holiday weeks Mirbeau requires that DAY SPA GUESTS book a minimum of two 50-minute treatments per person or one 100-minute treatment per person.

GRATUITIES

For your convenience, a suggested gratuity of 20% will be automatically added to your final bill for all Spa services.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If you must cancel or reschedule your service, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to avoid being charged in full for the service.
