The complete retreat, without the drive. Before you settle in by the fireplace, here are answers to the questions we hear most, from your first treatment to a long lunch at The Bistro & Wine Bar.
YOUR SPA DAY
Your spa day, answered
Spa Mirbeau spans 14,000 square feet of quiet inside Crossgates, from the fireplace in the Resting Area to the warm whirlpool on the Aqua Terrace.
The Resting Area, the Aqua Terrace whirlpool and bar, eucalyptus-infused steam rooms, dry saunas, the fitness center, and daily classes.
Guests must be 18 or older for spa treatments and to use the spa and fitness facilities.
Monday through Saturday, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and Sunday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Hours are shorter on select holidays.
For treatments from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday through Saturday, arrive up to an hour early. For 4:00 PM or later, arrive no earlier than 3:00 PM. Treatments end on time, so arriving late shortens yours.
Just a swimsuit for the Aqua Terrace whirlpool. The locker rooms have showers and vanities stocked with Mirbeau products.
Please keep the Resting Area quiet and device-free. Photography isn't permitted, and we encourage a two-drink maximum.
Inside Crossgates Mall at 1 Crossgates Mall Road, Albany, NY 12203, just off I-87 and I-90, about 9 miles from downtown Albany.
Yes. Albany International Airport is about 15 minutes away and the Albany-Rensselaer Amtrak station about 20, by taxi or rideshare.
Park at the west end of Crossgates. We're on the upper level, with our own exterior entrance plus one inside the mall near Macy's.
No. We're a day resort with no overnight rooms. Book a treatment and the rest of the day is yours.
