Each class in this 4 -week program will:
- Give you more knowledge and experience with foam rolling as well as flexibility and mobility training
- Improve the range of motion in your joints so you can gain more flexibility and mobility in your body
- Reduce injury in your exercise routine
- Relieve overall tension to promote relaxation for the body and mind
