Join Denise for a 50-minute booty burning BarreFlow class and then belly up to the bar for a glass of wine or cocktail of your choice. No prior barre experience is necessary, and this class is perfect for all levels! BarreFlow combines aspects of yoga and barre into an easy-to-follow Vinyasa style workout. Earn your libations with a little bit of leg shaking!
